The driver will leave a card with contact information including local depot phone number and your tracking number where you can re-arrange delivery. This information should also come through to email provided when placing your order.
Under "my account" you can see the status of your order. You should also receive an email when your order has been despatched along with a tracking number.
Unfortunately we require a signature from the address as proof of delivery.
Yes we can leave it with a neighbour if you give us instructions when placing your order. (Does not apply to pallet orders)
