Description
All weather epoxy jointing compound is a superior multi-purpose jointing and repair mortar that comes premixed with resins. This means there is no liquid to measure and mix and is easier to mix compared to sands or cement mortar. Pointfix comes as a two pack epoxy resin-based pointing mix that is specifically designed for pointing and infilling between many types of surfaces including concrete, natural stone, brick work and stone work.
Uses:
We all know if it rains, or is forecast to rain, completing a project can become a major problem; especially when trying to point bricks and slabs. Pointfix eliminates this issue as it can be applied in the rain and can even cure under water.
Comes in a range of colours allowing a wide choice of design and gives consistent colour mixes. The 1:1 mixing ratio means you only use what is needed from the packs, cutting down on waste. Pointfix can be stored until required and leftover product can even be mixed with other colours.

Please Note:
- Not suitable for all types of granite and porcelain, we recommend doing a test area prior to use.
- We try to keep our colours consistent but colours may vary between batches due to natural sand.
- While we try to keep the colour of out product photo’s as close as possible user monitors and devices may show variations in colour.

Found this product on your site first time laying a patio did not want to spend hours on hand and knees pointing then clean cement from slabs
Product arrived open box and mixed thought I would have to wet but can be used dry then brushed in to the joints and and cleaned out slabs and left for 20min and brushed again all over and then fine sprinkle with hose pipe and left 6 hours later I put my garden furniture on great product and nice and easy 5 stars 👍

I found this to be an easy material to use, and the Mushroom is a very pleasant soft colour, neither bright buff nor harsh grey. The final result with good quality grey riven concrete paving was very attractive.
The work was done during warm showery weather in a heavy wind (storm Ella) which I was concerned would blow the sand around (it didn’t). The open time was much longer than I expected – up to an hour – indeed I worried at first that it wasn’t going to cure (it did).
The mixture brushes in easily without sticking to the slabs. I found it went in more easily without watering (water makes the excess harder to brush off), though water/rain didn’t cause any real difficulties. I trowelled it into gaps and compacted roughly with the trowel, then brushed it clear, then smoothed with an old slightly bent kitchen knife, and then gave it a final light brushing (I am quite pernickety about pointing). Care is needed to brush out excess from deeply riven paving.
No mention is made of cleaning tools. I wiped/scrubbed trowels with meths which was quite effective before the resin set, or else be prepared to throw them away or use them for sanding.
I cannot comment on durability, but I would expect a 2-part epoxy to last much longer than the old jointing compounds that broke up and had to be replaced after a few years (you know who you are!)
